How long do parties go for?

Our sessions run for a solid 2 hours—plenty of time for your crew to print their totes, paint some canvas, and refuel with snacks in between.

Going for THE LIMITED EDITION? We'll stretch in some extra time so the birthday kid and crew can get their custom tee printed too. (Trust us, they'll wear it forever.)

What are maximum numbers? How do I add on additional children?

Look, here's the deal: Our studio vibes best with 10-12 kids. That's the sweet spot for creative chaos without actual chaos.

Got less than 10 in your crew? We've still got you, but the minimum investment stays at 10 kids (gotta keep the lights on and the ink flowing).

Want to squeeze in an extra friend? Sorry friend, 12 is our max. Our space is legit but limited, and we're all about quality over quantity.

Can we bring some of our own decorations?

Doors open 20 mins before the party kicks off—just enough time to add your personal touch.

Feel free to BYO decorations to make the space your own. We handle all the creative stuff, you bring the birthday flair.

Do you supply catering?

We'll kick things off with the essentials: bowls of crisps and lollies ready for your crew when they arrive.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer catering. We are surrounded by great cafes and Domino’s Warrawong delivers to us! Or, BYO food and celebration cake.

Don't stress about the eating gear—we've got all the plates, cups, napkins and cutlery sorted.

If I’ve chosen the Crew Collection or Limited Edition package, how do we arrange the custom design?

For THE CREW COLLECTION & THE LIMITED EDITION crews:

Get your birthday kid to draw something cool with a black pen on white A4 paper (keep it appropriate, yeah?)
Snap a photo or scan it, then send it our way at least 14 days before the party
Let us know: • What colour ink you want (pick one) • T-shirt sizes for everyone (white tees)

Our print wizard will turn your kid's artwork into a proper screen ready for party day. They'll be mind-blown seeing their design come to life.

PRO TIP: When washing their awesome new gear, turn it inside out before ironing to keep the print looking fresh.

As a parent, do I need to stay ?

Parents can totally hang (our studio is an intimate space) and watch their kids in their creative element. We require at least 2 supervising adults to be present to assist the kids - you know your crew better than we do!

Our party crew is fully legit with Working with Children Checks.

We make it as safe as we possibly can.

We ask is that you wear closed in shoes and clothes you’re happy to get paint on, are not intoxicated by alcohol or illegal drugs, obey the rules and sign a waiver and we take care of the rest.

A First Aid Kit is on hand.

What if I need to make last minute changes?

Your deposit locks in your date, which means we're turning away other parties for your spot. So here's the deal:

Need to reschedule? Give us 14 days' notice and we can hook you up for a small fee (emergencies happen, we get it)
No-shows still pay for the minimum 10 kids (even if fewer show up)
Got a bigger crew but some bail last-minute? We need 72 hours' notice to adjust your final count

For THE CREW COLLECTION & THE LIMITED EDITION packages:

Your kid's design and all t-shirt sizes need to be locked in 14 days before party time, along with full payment.

Those custom screens we make? They're specifically for your party. Last-minute changes will cost extra (and we might not have time to make them happen, just keeping it real). We always look for the win-win solution so reach out and let’s chat.
